Outer is one of my bestfriends, simply because it's easier to wear in any conditions. I always mix it with inner in neutral colors like grey, white, broken white, nude and black. Now I wear blue outer in blue with fringe, fringe is my very FAVORITE thing! And shoes like this feels like short boots and even cooler! don't forget to adding some accesories :))
